Payment Terms & Refund Policy
We request that you fulfil your payment obligations to HireFast promptly.
All payments for services provided by HireFast are to be made on a 100% advance basis. Once a payment is made for a subscribed service, it is non-refundable and will be deemed fully appropriated. Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of HireFast.
You agree to receive the tax invoice in digital format via email.
Notwithstanding any other agreement or arrangement, the primary obligation of HireFast is to grant access to our online platform for the duration of the subscription period. Any references to usage or other obligations serve only to define the upper limits of consumption and do not impose any additional performance obligations on HireFast.
HireFast does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of refunds being credited to your card or bank account.
In cases of service suspension or termination due to non-compliance with these Terms of Use, any payment made to HireFast will be forfeited with immediate effect.
You acknowledge that HireFast, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies under applicable laws, may offset any excess payments made by you against any amounts due to HireFast under other agreements or for other services/products. HireFast provides no guarantees of server uptime or application functionality; all services are offered on a best-effort basis, and liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid. We accept no liability for free services.
Customers are required to provide a TDS certificate to HireFast as mandated by law for tax deducted at source from payments made to the company. Failure to do so may result in the disallowance of TDS credit, and HireFast reserves the right to seek reimbursement or indemnification for any related losses.
Payments for products or services are processed through third-party gateways. These transactions occur on third-party networks, which are beyond the control of HireFast. You are solely responsible for any online or offline transactions involving credit cards, debit cards, or other payment instruments. HireFast assumes no responsibility or liability for improper use of payment information.
HireFast is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure (whether inadvertent or otherwise) of any information related to your account or online transactions. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information disclosed and used, whether due to legal processes or otherwise.
