Kings Alliance LLP is a leading law firm committed to exceptional legal services. We seek a skilled Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive our marketing, business development, public relations, and client service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage business development and marketing plans.
● Oversee the marketing budget and process invoices.
● Handle public relations activities and firm announcements.
● Design and manage print and online advertising.
● Update and maintain marketing materials, including brochures and newsletters.
● Manage professional photoshoots, image files, and promotional products.
● Maintain marketing databases and generate reports.
● Manage the firm’s website and social media presence.
● Oversee firm profiles on online directories and manage award submissions.
● Plan and coordinate firm events and receptions.
● Identify and manage sponsorships and speaking engagements.
● Conduct client satisfaction surveys and market research.
● Lead the Business Development & Client Services Advisory Committee.
● Provide business development training for attorneys and staff.

Qualifications:
● College degree required; focus in marketing, business, or communications preferred.
● Minimum five years in a marketing manager role, preferably in a law firm.
● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
● Familiar with SEO and Google Analytics.
● Excellent writing skills.
