Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle a wide range of administrative duties with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ calendars and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
